Quitting Twitter

Twitter was my last social network, and nostalgia made it hard to quit.

Growing up in a small city, it provided me with the opportunity to connect and learn from people all over the world. I even landed my first job because of a connection on Twitter.

But it feels different now. Perhaps it’s just me longing for the feeling of the early 2010 internet era.

I’ve already set up Reeder with a bunch of RSS feeds from blogs of people I followed on Twitter. The goal is to read long-form articles and deep dive into topics instead.
